    We are pleased to advise that an additional 2 years of records of births, marriages and deaths have been added to the www.irishgenealogy.ie website.  The marriage Index data along with additional images has also been updated for the years 1864-1869 inclusive. The years covered by the release of the historic records of Births, Marriages and Deaths after this update are;

    Births:1864 to 1918

    2016 Family History home2016 Family History is a new, free Irish genealogy education website, brought to you by the National Archives and IrishGenealogy.ie. The site is aimed primarily at secondary school students, but can be used by anyone with Irish ancestors to learn how to use the multiplicity of online sources now available for family history.
